Vendor Contact List
Shops / suppliers: contact numbers, items they sell, bank details and location.
Import vendors from Excel
Use the same columns as the Export file: Shop Number, Contact Person Name, Contact Number(s), Items (Saman), Bank Name, Account Title, Account No, Vendor Location. Put several numbers or items in one cell separated by commas. Click "Download template" for a ready sheet.

Export data
"Export All Data (Excel)" saves Advances, Expenses, Fuel and Vendors in one Excel file (one sheet each). CSV files open in Excel / Google Sheets. The Full Backup (JSON) contains all data and IDs and can be imported again.
Import data
Select your backup JSON or the Advances / Expenses CSV files (both CSVs can be selected together). CSVs from the old Google Sheet "Advance Log" and "Expenses" tabs can also be imported.
New estimate
Make the item list from the manager's email, add the rates, then copy it for email or download the Excel. Save it to find it again later.
Paste item list from email
One item per line. Quantity and unit at the end of the line (for example "Wire 1mm 2-Core - 40 meter") are picked up automatically. Check the rows after adding.
